I just had my first and hopefully my only one cut off. It was on my face so it was a very expensive exercise as I had to go to a plastic surgeon. I was told twice by a skin cancer clinic over 6 months that it was nothing but it didnt go away so I had a second and third opinion and it was recommended to have a biopsy as they couldnt be sure. I didnt like the look of it anyway so I decided to have it removed. I knew something wasnt right and it turned out to be a bcc.

And yes they can hurt if you touch it, it may even bleed if you rub it alot which would cause it to get worse and then obviously you would have it. But there may be other types of skin cancer that don’t hurt if you touch it…
